At times immediate action is required such as an injuction to force a respondent to do a certain act or conversely, to abstain from initiating or continuing a certain action. Other examples are interim attachments and garnishments of property in order to ensure the means to collect from when judgment will be given. A third example is prohibiting a debtor from leaving his present location, or seizing property and chattels. Subject to the prevailing laws in each country, we shall take these often necessary actions
