These would typically include: Court charges, expenses ( such as translation of documents), fees. These differ in every country and will be included in the quote ( question 5).
Yes. At modest cost
This depends much on the relationships and agreements between countries regarding enforcement of foreign judgments. We shall advise you on that.
Absolutely. Work will be charged on an hourly basis.
On out of court collection: a percentage of actual debt recovered (“No collection- no fee”). For legal court work a quote will be offered for your inspection and authorization. You have the right to accept or decline. If you decline- we close the case with no cost. If you accept- we proceed accordingly.
Usually, the answer will become clear following the out of court procedures. Other factors include amount of debt as compared with estimated expenses. We shall advise you on this objectively. We are not interested in letting you spend additional money on hopeless debts!
